1. Research-use-only restriction
All products supplied by NeuroPept Ltd. are intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes. They are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical diagnostic use, therapeutic application or any in-vivo use in humans or animals.
2. Customer eligibility
Customers must be qualified research institutions, biotech companies, universities or licensed research professionals. By placing an order, the customer warrants that they are legally authorised to receive research compounds in their jurisdiction.
3. Orders and quotations
Quotations are valid for 14 days. Orders are confirmed in writing. Prices exclude shipping, taxes and import duties, which are borne by the customer.
4. Shipping and delivery
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days within the EU and 7–14 business days internationally. Cold-chain shipping is provided where stability requires it. Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
5. Quality and Certificate of Analysis
Each batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis stating HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry verification. Standard purity is ≥98%; ≥99% available on request.
6. Returns and complaints
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, opened or temperature-compromised products cannot be returned. Quality complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and lot reference.
7. Liability
NeuroPept Ltd.'s total liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for misuse of products outside the research-use-only scope.
8. Compliance
The customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including controlled-substance regulations, import and export controls, and institutional ethics requirements.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The competent court for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is the Rechtbank Rotterdam, Netherlands, unless mandatory law prescribes another venue.
10. Amendments
NeuroPept Ltd. may amend these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of order applies to that transaction.
