Peptides are only as good as their handling. This page covers how we ship and how material should be stored once it reaches your facility.
How we ship
Dispatch from Rotterdam
Orders leave our Netherlands facility with tracked courier service. EU delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, international 7–14 business days.
Cold-chain where required
Compounds whose stability requires it are shipped with cold packs in insulated packaging, with the handling method noted on the dispatch documentation.
Documentation included
Each shipment carries the Certificate of Analysis for the specific lot, along with storage and reconstitution guidance for that compound.

Handling notes
General laboratory practice for lyophilised research peptides. Compound-specific guidance is on the documentation supplied with your order.
- Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation on the powder
- Reconstitute with the solvent recommended for that specific compound
- Add solvent slowly against the vial wall rather than directly onto the powder; do not shake vigorously
- Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles — aliquot instead if the material will be used across several sessions
- Protect light-sensitive compounds such as GHK-Cu from light using amber vials or foil
- Record the lot number in your protocol so results can be traced back to a specific batch
Customs and import responsibility
Prices exclude shipping, taxes and import duties, which are borne by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the compounds they order may lawfully be imported into their own country, and for holding any permits their jurisdiction requires.
