Our laboratory uses current solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) technology to deliver high precision and batch-to-batch consistency — for catalogue compounds and for sequences that exist nowhere else.
Services we provide
Custom peptide synthesis
Send us a sequence in single- or three-letter code and we quote synthesis, purification and analysis. Unusual amino acids and D-amino acids supported.
Modifications
N-terminal acetylation, C-terminal amidation, PEGylation, biotinylation, fluorescent labels (FITC, TAMRA), phosphorylation, disulfide bridging and head-to-tail cyclisation.
Purity upgrades
Standard ≥98% HPLC. Where a protocol demands it, we purify to ≥99% and report the measured value on the certificate.
Scale-up
Milligram research quantities through to kilogram production runs, using the same chemistry and quality gates at every scale.
Express synthesis
48-hour express synthesis on qualifying short sequences when timelines are tight.
Analytical packages
Standard HPLC + MS on every batch. Extended packages available: amino acid analysis, peptide content, water content, acetate and TFA determination.
What we need to quote a custom peptide
The more of this you can give us up front, the faster and more accurate the quotation.
- The sequence, in one-letter or three-letter code, N-terminus to C-terminus
- Any modifications, and where on the sequence they sit
- Required purity (≥95%, ≥98% or ≥99%)
- Quantity per peptide and number of peptides
- Required counter-ion (TFA or acetate) if it matters for your assay
- Your deadline and delivery country
How quotation works
Send the details above to contact@npept.com, by WhatsApp or via Telegram. Our synthesis team reviews feasibility — some sequences are difficult, and we will tell you so rather than accept an order we cannot deliver cleanly.
You receive a written quotation with price, purity target, expected lead time and the analytical package included. Quotations are valid for 14 days. Once confirmed, synthesis begins and you receive the Certificate of Analysis with the shipment.
