Ask for a photo before you pay
Any customer can request a photograph of their exact vials before the order ships. Ask on WhatsApp or by email and you get the picture back the same day, with the lot code visible.
Match that lot code against the Certificate of Analysis you receive with the shipment, and against the code printed on the vial when it arrives. All three should agree. If they ever do not, tell us and we will investigate against the retained sample.
